The unmistakable Erzgebirge folk art is an expression of the love for the profession that has been passed down from generation to generation. Many small workshops with their ideas form the basis for the variety of Seiffen handicraft products. Small quantities of the highest quality are produced here, with manual work being a matter of course for the craft.

Wood, the material of the forests of the Erzgebirge, has been a source of inspiration for our family for over 100 years. This experience is also reflected in today’s products.

Our nativity figures are made from local wood. Following the tradition of the Erzgebirge nativity scenes, the simple, turned figures look like toys. The wood is painted clear so that the color and grain have an effect on the viewer.
