  • Moravian stars have been lovingly handcrafted in various sizes and colors for more than 160 years. The custom of putting up Christmas stars with family and friends in order to hang them up on the first Sunday in Advent comes from the East Saxon town of Herrnhut.
  • This custom persists to this day and is spreading around the world. Since then, original Moravian Star  have immersed apartments and public facilities in a pleasant, warm light.
The pack contains:
  • 10 white plastic stars, approx. 13cm ø (for attaching to the 230 V chain of lights supplied)
  • 1 chain of lights, approx. 14m long, lamp spacing approx. 1m, cable to the first star approx. 5m, cable colour: dark green
  • with clamps to pinch onto branches – maximum branch thickness: approx. 1cm
  • 10 LED shaft candles each 0.6W
  • 1 plug transformer 6V – 1.2 A
  • For indoor and outdoor use –  lights are weatherproof! The chain of lights works in parallel, i.e. even if individual lamps fail, the rest of the chain continues to shine. Defective LEDs are immediately recognizable. The electrical connection is on one side of the chain. A return of the end of the chain is not necessary.
