The family business Drechselwerkstatt Uhlig has been producing its unmistakable, rustic smoking elves since 1990.
You can usually recognize a genuine Uhlig smoking elves by the special shape of their beards – elves wear pigtails, but they are also unmistakable DWU originals.
The smoking elves are made from local woods such as pine, ash or beech, whereby the natural structure of the wood is always retained, even in parts with a coloured design. The beard is made of real fur and may differ from the picture on delivery.
