This classic multi-storey pyramid is a solid piece of craftsmanship from the workshop of Theo Lorenz. Nativity scenes, pyramids, candle arches and music boxes in different sizes and variations are made here entirely by hand.
The nativity figures used to fill the pyramids were made from local wood. Following the tradition of the Erzgebirge nativity scenes, the simple, turned figures look like toys. The wood is varnished clear so that the color and grain have an effect on the viewer.
